Basic Paces Dressage Events
To be held at Plumpton College near Lewes East Sussex.
Encouraging judges and a very friendly atmosphere! Refreshments available.
At each event the following restrictions apply: Class 1: Horse/rider combination to have never been placed 1st-3rd at Prelim level and rider to have never competed at Novice. Class 2: Horse/rider combination to have never achieved more than 68% in a Prelim and rider to have never competed at Novice. Class 3: Horse not to have more than 49 British Dressage points Class 4: Open to all. Horse/rider combinations may do two tests of differing levels.

Entry Fee: £14 per class or £26 for 2 classes on the same day (for the same combination of horse and rider).
Entries normally close the Tuesday prior to each competition.
The Organisers wish to thank all sponsors for their generosity in supporting the Woodyard Training Dressage Series. Championship trophies and awards will be presented at the Championship Show on 19th February 2012. Points will be awarded to riders at all five shows in accordance with placings at each level of competition Example - 1st = 15pts, 2nd = 14pts, 3rd =13pts ..15th = 1pt . AT EACH COMPETITION. For Class number ONE, TWO, and THREE, the organisers will award a special rosette or award to eligible competitors (on the date of competition) under the following categories (please state eligibility upon entry form). *Highest Placed rider under 14 yrs old. Rider must be 14yrs and under on day of competition. *Highest Placed rider over 40 yrs old. Rider must be 40 yrs and over on day of competition. *Highest Placed Male rider *Highly Commended. Awarded to the rider who has demonstrated the best effort - e.g coped really well whatever the situation - in the judges opinion! *Best Turned Out Horse & Rider Combination. *'Prince Rupert Coffin Dodgers' Awarded to the horse and rider with the highest combined age. To maximise opportunities for all riders, winning one of these awards will prohibit eligibility for the same award at the remaining competitions in the 2011-12 series. Winter Championship Series Woodyard Training Overall Championship To the overall champion. Awarded across all levels to the rider that has achieved the highest number of points throughout the series. Trophy and Sash. Rosettes to 6th place Prince Rupert Championship All Walk & Trot Classes. Winners Trophy and Sash. Rosettes to 6th place. Rainbow Rosettes Championship All Intro to Canter Classes. Winners Trophy and Sash. Rosettes to 6th place Woodyard Training Championship All Preliminary Classes. Winners Trophy and Sash. Rosettes to 6th place. Town & Country Tree Services Championship All Novice Classes.Winners Trophy and Sash. Rosettes to 6th place. The Prince Rupert Coffin Dodgers Award
