British Horse Society Training Bursary
In conjunction with the Woodyard Training Unaffliliated Dressage Series 2009-10, East Sussex British Horse Society Committee are really pleased to be able to offer BHS members the chance to win training bursaries to the total value of £200!
Bursaries will be awarded correspondingly 1st to 3rd place to a value of £100, £60 and £40. The bursary must be spent on instruction from a current BHS Registered Instructor of your choice.
Am I eligible?
In order to qualify, riders must be members of the BHS at the time of qualifying and the Championships on 21th February 2010. Proof of membership must be provided at the time of entering (include your Membership number and expiry date with your entry). In addition riders must not have been placed 1st-3rd at Novice level or above or be a previous winner of the bursary!
At each Preliminary level class (on the October through to January Competition dates), the top six horse/rider combinations gaining the highest percentage will qualify for the Championship.
Riders and horses competing at Prelim level in Class 4 (Pick a Test) will be included subject to eligibility.
Combinations may only qualify once and in the event of them qualifying at a future competition, this second qualification will move on to the next competitor.
Riders must ride the horse they qualified on at the Championship. In the event of a rider qualifying more than one horse, they will only be able to ride one horse at the Championship and they must declare this at the time the entries for the Championship close.
The format for the Championship will include discussion with the judge(s) upon the horse's way of going.
The judge(s) decision will be final.
